Community Health Intervention through Musical Engagement (CHIME) for Perinatal Mental Health is a collaborative project working to investigate how embedded musical practices might be developed to support perinatal mental health in West Africa.
With a user-centred design approach and strong input from health professionals, we are developing digital musical instruments to engage stroke survivors with their rehabilitation.
Using computational methods we modelled how listeners perceive songs as similar. When 'too' similar, they may be considered plagiarism.
